Sanket is an actuary (a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK and also a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of India) by profession, with a rich experience of more than 26 years in life insurance and consulting in Singapore, UK and India. He has been a well-known actuarial consultant in the Indian life insurance sector and has worked on many assignments covering IPOs, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), strategy development and reviews, product development etc. After retiring from full time consulting with the aim to promote financial literacy and wellbeing, he is passionate to spread awareness about the need for sound personal financial planning and to make the necessary tools and resources available to all.

Mandar Oak

Advisor

Mandar is a Ph.D. from Cornell University (New York, USA) and MA from Delhi School of Economics. He is currently a Visiting Professor in the School of Economics at Shiv Nadar University (India). He has also been an academic in the School of Economics, University of Adelaide (Australia) and a visiting faculty at IIM (Bangalore). Mandar has published over 20 articles covering public economics, political economy, micro-economics and economic development and has over 15 years’ experience in teaching these subjects to students at under-graduate, post-graduate and executive level.

Ganesh is a senior IT professional with more than 27 years’ experience in the IT industry in India, UK, USA and Australia. Ganesh has worked with the industry leaders including Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, FIS Global and Infosys in areas such as software development, project management, delivery governance, software engineering processes and total quality management. Currently, he is working as a Chief Completion Officer (CCO) with a digital transformation company based in Mumbai. Ganesh is an Engineer by profession and has also completed Executive Management program from IIM (Kolkata).

Sneha Khanolkar

Advisor

Sneha is a Chartered Accountant and an International MBA from IE Business School Spain, with more than 18 years’ experience in Financial Services and Management Consulting across Asia, Europe and Africa. She has a track record of handling challenging mandates for global and Indian financial services companies, viz. J. P. Morgan Chase, ABN AMRO, Bank of America and Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance. Sneha has a strong understanding of banking products and has led the projects covering migration of the banking function across borders. She is currently working in the Securities Financing and Reporting area with a leading Nordic commercial bank in Stockholm, Sweden.
