Fin4sight™or any other tool offered by us (together referred to as ‘tool’ or ‘tools’) will collect personal information about our customers only to the extent required for identification of the customer, management of his / her license to use Fin4sight™ or any other tool provided by us, for the seamless working of the tools and to provide our customers with quality service.

2. We do not store the details of personal financial information provided by you. Thus, after you log off from the tool, the details of personal financial information provided by you are deleted from our records. Specifically, after you log off from the tool, we will not store the details of your personal information such as salary or income details, expenses, investments and liability details; or any assumptions that you may specify to generate the report(s).

3. The information that will be stored in our database and on the server for identification and seamless working of the tool includes the following:

   • Name, address and contact details

   • Email ID and password

   • GST number (wherever provided)

   • Subscription and payment history

   • History of reward points and redemptions

   • Corporate logo (wherever provided)

   • Summary statistics (anonymised) from the report

4. We will never disclose or pass on any of your personal information to any third party unless required by applicable laws and regulations.

5. Any individual having access to the online database is required to observe strict confidentiality obligations except where the information is required to be provided to any Government authorities as per the applicable laws and regulations.

6. We will never send any promotional or marketing material to you, unless explicitly agreed to by you.

7. Our online tools and databases are subjected to strict security systems designed to prevent unauthorised access by anyone, including our staff, service providers and consultants. The secure area of our website supports the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol and 128-encryption technology - an industry standard for encryption over the Internet to protect data.

8. Any payments made by you are routed through secured third-party payment gateways. We do not collect or store any of your credit card or debit card numbers or such other sensitive details.

9. We do not use any cookies for any purpose.

10. We consider you as our partner and therefore expect you to play an important role in protecting against online frauds. You should not disclose your log-in details or password to any third party to avoid unauthorised access to your account.
